In accordance with our ethical rules and the legal provisions, this platform allows to report in line with our whistleblowing procedure. It also allows to exchange information securely. This platform is accessible to all individuals as defined in our whistleblowing procedure.

You can report information concerning a crime or an offense, a threat or a prejudice to the public interest, a violation or an attempt to conceal a violation of an international commitment ratified or approved by the country concerned by the report, of a unilateral act of an international organization taken on the basis of such a commitment, of European Union law, of the law or of a regulation, provided they are relatedto our company's activity.

For any report that does not fall under the scope of the whistleblowing procedure, please use the other dedicated channels. Accordingly commercial complaints or the requests in relation to a technician's intervention are not processed within the framework of this tool but through the "contact" page.

The confidentiality of your identity will be maintained during the submission of your report and throughout the process.

Your data is collected to process the notification. They will be stored according to the instructions given in the notification process and only the persons mentioned in the notification process will have access to them.

Each report received is treated separately and confidentially through its own secure interface system for sending and receiving messages. Such exchanges shall take into account the choice of the notifier, if he has decided to remain anonymous.

Only the designated case managers will receive the information contained in the form you are about to fill in and send to us.

You will be able to track your report and contact one or more case managers with the confidential code generated by the platform when you submit your report.
